Solace sheet music
Sheet music for Solace (Joplin published it in 1909 as "Solace – A Mexican Serenade", a slow habanera rather than a rag, and it reached a wide audience through the 1973 film The Sting). Every arrangement below is a free PDF with its MIDI file.

The advanced setting is Joplin's full two-page serenade in F major. It sits at a slow tempo, but the difficulty is in control rather than speed: the left hand carries a habanera rhythm that has to stay relaxed while the right hand shapes long, rubato-friendly phrases over it. Keep the pedal light, or the dotted bass blurs into the melody.
